What are the benefits for Tech Prep students?
- Sequenced technical and academic courses eliminate gaps
and overlap in the education process.
- Students are better prepared for a college experience
at Northeast Community College.
- Students move easily from Northeast Community College
to Wayne State, Peru State and even University of Nebraska
institutions.
- Students will be successful in rigorous academic courses
which blend traditional academic content with practical
examples of how the content applies to an actual job.
- Students will receive information on careers and post-secondary
programs to help them plan their future.
- Students visit businesses and industries, Northeast
Community College and other special sites as part of School
-To-Work opportunities.
