Transfer Guarantee Checklist
- Obtain a copy of the transfer guarantee, contract, and transfer plan template from
the Transfer Guides Web Page. To access, go to NECC Home Page.
Click on "Student Services". Then click on "Transfer Guides".
- The student will submit
the signed Guarantee Contract to the Registrar's office at
the time of initial registration. A copy of the contract will
be returned to the advisor, with the original retained in
the Transfer
Coordinator's office.
- Each semester, identify
student class schedule on the Transfer
Plan with transfer course equivalencies noted,
signed by both advisor and student. The advisor will retain
this transfer plan, and the student may request a copy.
- At the time of the student's
final registration, the student will submit to the registrar's
office the completed Transfer Plan. A copy of the plan will
be returned to the advisor.
