Learn the basics of Photoshop by being introduced to selections, tools and palettes, layers, collage, retouching, paths, and painting. This is an ideal course for those who have some computer experience and want to work with their photos to enhance them.

This 30 hour course will cover methods of financing and institutions involved in making mortgage loans as well as examines sources of funds and the factors affecting the supply of money. Early Childhood Positive Behavioral Supports is the newest evidence based strategy for social emotional wellness. Parents, early childhood and family service providers, and home/center based caregivers use this new information to support positive social emotional foundations in young children. MICROSOFT WINDOWS FOR BEGINNERS

STAINING YOUR CONCRETE
Participants will learn about this new trend in flooring - acid staining of concrete. It can be used on basement floors, patios, even kitchen countertops. Learn why it is becoming a popular choice for many residences and commercial establishments. This class will cover the entire process of staining your concrete; costs, how to prepare the concrete for staining applications, sealers, and a list of all equipment and materials needed. Continued maintenance of these floors will also be discussed. A 2'X2' concrete sample for you to practice on, stain, sealer, and all supplies needed to complete your sample will be provided. Participants will also receive a sample pack consisting of 4 colors and a container of sealer to take home. Safety glasses will be required.

BOATER SAFETY COURSE
Boater Safety Course is mandatory for anyone operating a motorboat (including personal water craft) under the age of 16. A certificate will be issued upon successful completion of the course. Successful completion of boating safety courses certified or recognized by other states will be accepted for non-resident motorboat operators. Student should bring a sack lunch day of class.

Would you like to surprise your family and be able to send and receive emails? There is more to this process than meets the eye. This class will teach the student proper "Nettiquette" in composing and sending emails. We will open an email account that can be used anywhere in the world, not just from your own home computer. Learn how to spell check, add photographs, add and open attachments, as well as replying and forwarding. Learn how to set up an entire network of recipients to keep families and groups connected. MS OFFICE 2007 BASICS
The Microsoft Office 2007 Basics course teaches basic skills with Microsoft's popular Office 2007 Suite of applications. You will learn the basic features and functions of Word, Access, and PowerPoint. You will also learn about the new Ribbon Interface in Office. Prerequisites: you must be very familiar with personal computers, the Windows environment, and the ability to create and save files. Also, the cabability to manage files and folders. Grant Writing Basics will explore how to get started to write a grant, the different types of grants, where to find grants and basic grant components. Group work to "map out" and develop strategies to write an actual grant application will also be included in this class.
