The College provides several awareness activities and functions which the student may attend. Resource materials are also available to enhance awareness of safety, security, and substance abuse issues. The following is a partial list of resources that may be used to inform students and employees:

• Educational posters and brochures located in designated areas throughout the campus
• Videotapes dealing with awareness of crime and substance abuse
• Guest speakers addressing specific issues, i.e. date rape, alcoholism, crime awareness, etc.
• Printed crime prevention brochures available in display racks
• College and student newspaper articles on awareness issues
• Residence Hall and Student Handbooks addressing conduct issues
• Substance abuse brochures/posters
• Educational Programs (varied topics)
